I just heard from someone on the island that they called the DN and gave them hell for not attending the Sewer Commission meeting last Thurs., when the multitudinous issues with the sewer system were discussed.
This person told me that the person who told him said, "but the girl from the Current was there."
Nice to know people think I'm still a "girl" ...
Now I'm sure the DN is busting its butt to get this story out tomorrow or Friday ... too bad Brendan O'Regan is out sick for the first time in 13 years, huh?
It takes so little to make me smile these days.
