Someone in Everett sent me these photos of the Wood Waste Boston facility there. This is what will be coming here ... these are what I considered to be the 2 worst of 9 I was sent. They don't enlarge, so don't bother clicking on them.

Realize the STENCH in these piles and when he starts digging into them, it will be much worse. It just like leaving a bag of trash in an open barrel outside filled of water for years and then picking it up, if you can imagine that smell imagine Wood Waste........that has 80,000.00 TONS of it!
It has NOT been properly maintained as it should have been in an INDOOR facility per DEP regulations but now Newburyport is going to enter into an agreement to let him move those piles to Newburyport? If I was the city, I would keep the landfill closed at least until AFTER the trial. The AG's office asked both Everett and Newburyport NOT to enter into an agreement until after the hearing. It's only one month away.
I know what's wrong with DeMaria......what is wrong with Mayor Moak!
There are homes diagonally across the street from that crap. I can only imagine what those families have had to put up with over the years from Wood Waste.
The two mayor's from our respective communities are insane if they believe Thibeault will comply with any agreement. The man has and always will do just exactly what he wants to do.
I hope Mayor Moak rethinks this agreement. Does he really want those piles of crap brought into Newburyport?
One man that lived across from Wood Waste passed away from cancer at age 56. Another young woman who decided to be a stay at home mom, developed kidney cancer, and she cant help but wonder if it had to do with Wood Waste since it did not run in her family. No one is saying it was, it's just all these coincidences should not be ignored. The reason why the crap is so stinky is because he's been non-compliant. There are other landfills that do not have this problem. I guess Moak may not be seeking re-election, like DeMaria is.
I ended up in Newburyport, Mass. due to the restless nature of a previous employer, who has since decamped the area. Private comments and concerns can be sent to me at gillianswart@gmail.com.

The stench that comes from those piles is worse than how awful those pictures look. That place is disgusting.
