Apparently the only way to find out the real story about the preliminary injunction is to go to Suffolk Superior Court, where the injunction was filed, and hope someone will let you look at it.
All anyone here knows is that there was one filed.
Sorry, fellow sufferers. Hopefully we will all get relief soon.

Thanks for trying.
Mr Thibeault will be going in front of our Planning Board, Monday the 28th. It has to do with him purchasing our old city services yard. Supposedly, this has nothing to do with his transfer station. Conveniently, this property is located across the street from the present site of Wood Waste. The man is buying up a lot of industrial property here in Everett. I can only imagine what we are in store for.
Thanks Again,
MassDee
You're welcome, MassDee. I hear he's doing something in Chelsea, also?
Good luck!
Wood Waste is located in Everett but it is right on the Chelsea line. I haven't heard of anything going on in Chelsea but would not be at all surprised.
I think one of us is going to take your advice and head over to the Suffolk Superior Court. If we are able to find out any information, I will pass it on to you.
Have a good night.
MassDee
Hi,
Checking in and want to let you know we have been able to get the Docket number for the PI. One of us is in hopes to be able to get over to the Court House and pick up a copy of the PI.
Will try to keep you updated.
MassDee
Thanks, MassDee ... please do keep my updated.
