Alas, no monarchs right then - although they are around.
I'm starting to love the beach grass, which has really spread this year.
Please ignore ugly metal shed in background. I have done nothing to make it look better, or move it, since neighbors gave it to me last fall.

Gorgeous bush. I really love those purple flowers. We're thinking of getting beach grass...we love the look. Very nice!

Thanks, Mary. Kitty follows me around like a he's a dog, which is why he's always lurking in the background! He even follows me when I go to neighbors' houses; he sits outside and waits for me to come out. If I take too long, in his estimation, he starts to meow.
