Hide-and-seek?

Here are some clips from citizensforeverettma.com purporting to show Wood Waste hiding piles of C&D materials on site instead of removing them from the Everett facility.

I say "purporting" because I don't know the facility and I can't tell exactly what's going on, based on that lack of knowledge and the quality of the images ...

But if it's true ... Why does this not surprise me?
