I updated the candidates list to reflect that Donna Holaday is certified as a candidate for mayor and Ari Herzog is certified as a candidate for city councillor-at-large.
Today is the deadline for pulling nomination papers and the Clerk's Office will stay open until 5 p.m.
Tuesday (July 28) is the dealine to return the papers, with the necessary 50 signatures.

whats to say that John Moak does not do a turn arround and take out papers at the last bell? Then what? would the present contenders clear the field? Or would the platform take a completely different direction?

Dan, I just spoke w/Tricia in the Clerk's office - she said Moak has left the building.
Just adding to the 'supposisems', would have made a more interesting story if there was a reversal of course for a soon to be unemployed Moak making an attempt to hold on to a sure thing rather than enter into th every competative owrld of the over 55 seaking reimployment.
