OK, someone has commented that they don't know who Bob Kelleher is and I apologize for my haste in publishing the post without the necessary information.
Bob Kelleher ran for councillor-at-large in the last election and I take it from the previous comment that he regularly runs for something. In the phone book, there is a Robert Kelleher listed at 107 Low St. I do know that he is a native of Newburyport.
Clete Kijek, 12 Walnut St., ran for councillor-at-large in 2003.
