Another person has thrown his hat into the mayoral race - Dan Sweeney!
Dan is the admin assistant to the Board of Sewer Commissioners.
I doubt very much that he is only running if the mayor does not.
In fact, since I just spoke with him; I know he's not.
He was on a vacation day, on his boat, on the river so he kept cutting out.
But he's in the race (if he gets the required signatures) - and this should be very interesting!

Apparently so, anonymous. He sounded quite serious about it.
So I guess that means he longer wants you to leave town ?
Actually ... I wouldn't assume anything, anon ... except that you meant to type "no longer" wants...?
Why would you take my announcing that he's running for mayor as an indication that he's changed his mind about my residence here as a renter? He pulled the papers yesterday, and I heard the news from the clerk, not from him.
