OK, so Barry Connell pulled papers for re-election as At-large councillor on June 11. Somehow he got missed in the jumble.
Not that it's a mumble jumble.
And now presenting the newest candidate ... our own Tom Salemi, who announced today on his blog, that he is running for Charter Commission.
