I just had a taste of this delightful cheese, Humboldt Fog, at Grand Trunk Imports. It is a California cheese and man, it is delicious! It's expensive, too, but I find that a little bit of expensive cheese goes nearly as far as a hunk of cheap cheese because less is more, if you get my drift.
Ah, if only I had some discretionary funds ...
If you enjoy soft, rather strong cheeses, give this one a taste. Yum.
