According to the City Council agenda for Monday's meeting, the councillors making up the Budget & Finance committee next year will be Bob Cronin, Ari Herzog and Ed Cameron (chairperson). This, of course, is a key committee and was most recently chaired by our new mayor, Donna Holaday.
I would not expect as many funding requests to go through in 2010 as in the recent past, but don't quote me on that.

City council president is not on committees, apparently ... except General Govt. I extrapolated.
