The beach, Sunday
You'll notice the first 2 photos are looking south from the stone groin, down to the Refuge beach. This was pretty much at high tide. Water from the marsh was encroaching on PI Blvd. as I left the island but had receded somewhat when I returned less than an hour later.

Hey kiddo,
That looks terribly close to the houses.
Now that the Army Corps has rejected the winning bid on the dredging/beach renourishment and is looking at the fall, would you like to start a pool as to which residency will collapse first?
