No new news, as of this evening, about the AG's motions in Suffolk Superior Court. I spoke with both Councillor Derrivan and Mayor Holaday.

I hope your city lawyers are paying attention and not letting him get away with filing bankruptcy or "claiming" he's out of money.
How can he be out of money when he just bought this?

and the saddest part is how on earth can he be out of money when he bought land from the city of Everett for 3 million dollars and 6 months later goes and sells it for 6.9 million?? The numbers just do not add up.
I know the legal team is not paying attention in Everett, I pray they do so in Newburyport.
